I saw this color on a website and have been on a mission to find the. I actually got "To Buy or Not To Buy" and I love it. It is such a soft purple, its gorgeous! I love OPI, I have always loved them but now I'm starting to think Essie is taking over! One thing I dont like about OPI is that they make a color that becomes popular and then discontinues it or better yet they just change the name and make it either a shade lighter or darker. Do you prefer OPI or Essie more?! What colors do you like that are Essie?!
